Return/Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds:

We do offer free returns if you are not happy with your purchase. We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label to print. A refund for the socks would be made once we receive the returned socks. Keep what you want from the order, we’ll divide the difference. We’ll refund you for the socks you return, even if it was worn. 

In order to begin the return process, please email bstine@thesockfactory.com. A representative will contact you with further instructions.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at bstine@thesockfactory.com.

Exchanges:

We don’t offer exchanges, you would need to place a new order.
